Dr Mitchel Goldman, who is in Australia to talk to over 500 cosmetic medical practitioners, is a champion of a gentle and gradual turning back of the clock – his advice to Australian doctors is to take a long-term approach with cosmetic clients. "Ageing doesn't occur overnight and neither should the reversal. That would just look unnatural. Furthermore, quick and instant change isn't for everyone – physically or psychologically. Sometimes it can be a case of too much change too quickly. This dramatic change or over correction can frighten clients off procedures forever."
